VDC Awarded $1M US Navy Flight Simulation Contract.

Video Display Corporation (OTC:VIDE), a world-class supplier of simulation solutions, display systems, and display components, as well as TEMPEST products and services announced today that the Navy has exercised the approximately $1M option on the previously announced simulation contract for visual display. The option was exercised after the approval of the design and commencement of installation on the initial $1M contract.

The contract option involves the installation of already designed visuals for multiple flight simulators that includes domes, projection systems, and the warping and blending solutions. System delivery for the option is expected to be completed in early 2022.
In addition to dome simulators, VDC also designs and installs multifaceted display visuals for flight simulators, having recently just completed an installation of a multifaceted simulator in Europe with more installations in Europe scheduled before the end of 2021.
