Multi-Mission Display (MMD) Summary:
The MMD System displays a single, seamless desktop environment. Multiple laser HD projectors seam together across a rigid screen system employing four Laser HD projectors, resulting in a screen size of approximately ~276″ (W) x 42″ (H), or ~7000 x 1080 pixels.
VDC’s MMD System uses a pair of feedback sensors and specialized software to calibrate the imaging System. The MMD System provides a state-of-the-art command and control and situational awareness display capability. The MMD System can be installed in any enviornment, to include as a fully ruggedized option for foundation mounting aboard mobile platforms (e.g., naval vessels).
